A Go CLI that creates and regenerates other Go CLIs — each one a closed sandbox, with injected dependencies, behind a command-line interface generated from declarations.

1. agnos start writes the project skeleton.
2. agnos build re-renders every generated file from templates embedded in the binary.
3. Commands, flags and dependencies are declared — only each command's handler is written by hand.

5. Agnos builds itself.
